  • Tracking Information: A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates (United Kingdom)

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We provide Free Standard Shipping at no cost (£0.00) to the customer for every order.

  • Transit Time: Once your order has been processed, the estimated transit time for delivery is typically 2–4 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Calculated as Handling Time (1–2 days) + Transit Time (2–4 days).

3. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

  • Address Verification: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. NeverExisted is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
